Applications

Application forms and payment must be received in full by us prior to 1st March 2011. The payment will only be returned to you if the Show organisers are unable to allocate you a space or the Show is cancelled for any reason. Receipt of application does not guarantee you a stall at the Show. This event is solely to raise funds for our two local charities, Cruse and The Pied Piper Appeal.

Cancellations

If you withdraw from the Show or cancel space reserved by you for any reason all fees shall be forfeited and we reserve the right to relet the space. Should the show for any cause not be held, your payment will be refunded but you will have no claim against us e.g. for loss of profit.

Show Leaflet and Website

We will include, free of charge, on the Show website your name and a brief description of your goods as supplied on the application form.

Set up and Removal

You can access Highnam Court on Saturday 11th June 2011 from 8am. You are requested to have left Highnam Court on Saturday 11th June by 6pm unless permission is granted otherwise in advance of the Show with us. You can access Highnam Court to assemble your stand on Friday 10th June from 12 noon until 5pm. All trade stand equipment, exhibits or articles remain at the Show at your sole risk. You must remove all trade stand equipment by 7pm on Sunday 12th June. No stand shall be dismantled and no goods or exhibits removed until it is safe to do so which is likely to be after 5pm on Sunday 12th June. The Show will be open to the public on Saturday 11th June and Sunday 12th June from 10.30am. Last admission will be 4.00pm on both days and the Show will close at 5pm.

Food Hygiene

Any exhibitor selling food must conform to the Food Safety (General Food Hygiene) Regulations 1995 and Food Safety (Temperature Control) Regulations 1995 and any other relevant requirements.

Statutory Requirements

You are responsible for the observance by you and anyone with you of all relevant statutory requirements such as the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.

Insurance and Liability

We effect a public liability insurance for this event. However you should take out your own insurance to cover all your own risks such as loss, theft, loss of profits and product liability. As we are organising the Show for the benefit of local charities, we cannot accept liability for any loss, damage or costs under any circumstances.

Passes

You will be issued with 2 entrance passes for each day of the Show free of charge for named persons. These passes are non transferable but changes can be made by agreement with us. Additional passes can be purchased at £7 each either on the application form or at the entrance to the show. All your vehicles will need to display the vehicle pass issued for this Show. Some areas of the site are uneven and in the event of wet weather may become soft. You are totally liable for any damage caused to your vehicle on site and for any accident caused by you whilst on site.

Catering

You will be able to purchase refreshments from the café area during the Show opening times on Saturday and Sunday.

Refuse

You will be wholly responsible for the total clearance of all space allocated to you.
